Refurbishment of Grade II Listed Building in the heart of Manchester’s Spinningfield District.

This project will see Lancashire House, a warehouse constructed in 1868 by Walters, Barker & Ellis refurbished and transformed into 3 floors of open-plan office space & street-level restaurant. Work is expected to begin mid-to-late 2018.
